Got to know about this rack as it came along with the previous house we bought. Hence, decided to install the same Hi-dry rack for our new house as well. We like that it is able to push out to sun dry the clothes or simply leave it in the unit to air dry. Angeline the lady boss is really helpful and kind. Giving gd advises on the usage of racks. We found EZ Living to replace our 20+ year old Hi-Dry hanger easy to do business with. Making the first contact with a call, we were impressed with Pann, the salesperson with his Product knowledge and confidence in meeting our needs.
When we visited their showroom, we also met Angeline, presumably the owner. Both were very pleasant to talk to and we decided on the purchase.
When their two technicians came to install, we were again impressed with their professionalism, care during the whole process and customer service.
We now have a brand new unit that works very well and we’d strongly recommend anyone to visit their website and to pay a visit to further assess their offerings.
My 6-yr old laundry system from another brand wire rope developed broken strands. Called up the supplier but was told model obsolete, no spare part available. Need to change the whole system costing around $1k, just because a wire rope that cost less than $50 is no longer a standard spare part.
Signed up as member to EZ Living to post a query, and received a call from them within minutes. And later in the afternoon, they arrived to install the new Q4 laundry system!
Will be shifting to a new place next year. Will get another laundry system from EZ Living again!!
We have an oddly shaped laundry area but after a phone call to Bernard and some pics, he proposed a solution involving brackets. Within 5 days, installation done and we were back to drying our clothes. Still happy with the outcome after a few weeks and we expect to be in the years to come. Kudos Bernard and team!

EZ Living’s laundry system is the most practical home appliance that any household should own! I bought one ten years ago and just upgraded to an improved version, an accolade to their product quality!
I have been very happy with the super responsive, efficient, warm and friendly customer service provided by Bernard all these years. The two guys whom he sent to install the new EZ lift at my flat today were efficient too, checking and testing to make sure the EZ lift would work well after installation. They turned up at my door-step wearing N95 (!) masks, responding to my earlier request that surgical masks be worn at a time of DORSCON Orange alert. The N95 surely assured me! EZ living has always tried to oblige customer as much as it could, and even go beyond at times, and that’s why I never hesitate to go back to EZ Living anytime I need its product and service!
We have been using EZ Hi Dry for over a decade. The system is reliable and durable and it has served us well all these years, surviving the many change of hands with domestic helpers over the past decade. Due to wear and tear, Angeline was very helpful in recommending me to change the spring but I decided to change the whole system instead. Bought an EZ Lift to replace the old laundry rack which collapsed. They were able to arrange for next-day installation, which was done within an hour including dismantling of the old laundry rack.
We had been using the Hi-Dry system for 6 years and recently the spring have some issue and they came to check and provide good recommendations . Very honest in their recommendations. Very reliable and overall we are very satisfied with the products and the service. Pricing wise is very reasonable

With our two old racks literally on their last legs, our multi-generational household needed a replacement fast! Our family looked around but could not find anything to replace our current set up. We needed a bespoke solution but most firms only gave us their standard products which did not fit our needs. While the junior staff who initially came could not provide a solution, he referred the matter up to their very senior and experienced staff – Angeline, who arranged another meeting with us. Angeline was a God Send and helped design a rack that fitted our needs with enhancements! She designed and with some tweaking on the quality standard we wanted, result is we got 2 sets of laundry racks replacements that fitted “Our” needs perfectly. During the process Angeline also helped enhanced my sister-in-law’s laundry poles as well and my sister-in-law too, is super happy with the added attachments. We have been using EZ Living products for 14 years now. We currently have one laundry drying system which is fixed to the ceiling with pulley for adjusting the height and another fixed to the wall. We got these fixed around 7 years ago in our current apartment. The installation process was very fast. Both the products are high quality and working smoothly. The products are very useful for drying clothes in limited space in the washing area of the apartment. The employees of EZ Living are very friendly and helpful. All queries are answered quickly. The products are well worth the cost as they are going strong for many many years. We are now buying their products to also send to India for our family there. My family has been using the Hi Dry Clothes hanger since 2008 and it has served us really well. Instead of having to use cumbersome clothes poles and scrambling to take them all in when it’s raining, the hydraulic function of the Hi Dry clothes hanger allows us to easily bring in or out all the clothes at the same time! This also makes indoor drying so much easier. Also cos my mum is getting older, this product makes housework less tiring for her.
