I got my first EZ Living laundry pulley system many years ago. I first contacted you way back in 1998 or 1999 when I was staying in Woodgroove Condominium in Woodland. I was the first to installed your laundry system and subsequence a few others unit installed it upon seeing the flexibility of it.
Next I moved to Sunshine in Serangoon. Again I was the first to installed your system and followed by our neighbours. All are happy using it.
I purchased a unit in Le Crescendo in 2008 for investment and was so happy to see it came with your system as a standard fitting. Very surprising that my tenant after using your system for 3 years and when they buy a condominium for themselves, they ask me for your contact and insist of using the same system.
Now with my latest unit in Botanique Residence, I am happy to be able to have your system in my home again. It is very kind of you to do the extra work of cutting up my ceiling board, fix the bracket and cover it up again. I appreciated it very much for the extra work at no cost. I will recommend my neighbours to install your system when I move it and in the meantime, my house is free for you to use as a show room if needed.
All this years of using your system, I did not encounter any technical problem. Found it a very safe system especially hanging laundry in a high rise building. Lastly your price is very reasonable considering it came from Australia and your service.

I’d come across their website and FB while searching for a hanger system and decided to give them a call. After a detailed explanation of their systems, some photos and drawings were given by Angeline over the phone, I’d decided to go for the EZ Lift 5SS which Angeline and I believed is more suitable to my needs.

My wonderful experience toward EZ Living Pte Ltd. Spoke to Angeline through whatsapp on some details on mounting on top my ceiling(Automated Laundry Rack) and went to their showroom on some technical and demostration, it was a wonderful service provide by their team especially Mr.Bernard on demostration part until i purchased the item and given the information and installation date. The next day received a call from them(Mr.Andy) to double confirm the installation date and time. Althought my item are not expensive but i went through a good customer service provide by them. Thanks again to Angeline which i received her last call to check on my schedule and correct time to deliver and install the item!
