I got my first EZ Living laundry pulley system many years ago. Product is definitely helpful at home because my mum no longer needs to fight against gravity to get the poles up to the drying rack anymore. The item is very durable and I’ve had no issues using it. Last year, I decided to get another similar set to increase the volume of items that i could hang – the crew came and based on their assessment, took the trouble to shift the existing pulley system so that the two systems could be placed side by side nicely within the confines of the service balcony ceiling space.
Above anything else, the customer service is top notch I must say. They are able to advise you based on your needs and what they offer in order to get you the best experience. Post-sales service is good too; whenever i have questions, they are always a whatsapp away.

I have been using Ez Hi-Dry for the past 12 years and are very happy with it and would like to refresh you with some old memories.
I first contacted you way back in 1998 or 1999 when I was staying in Woodgroove Condominium in Woodland. I was the first to installed your laundry system and subsequence a few others unit installed it upon seeing the flexibility of it.
Next I moved to Sunshine in Serangoon. Again I was the first to installed your system and followed by our neighbours. All are happy using it.
I purchased a unit in Le Crescendo in 2008 for investment and was so happy to see it came with your system as a standard fitting. Very surprising that my tenant after using your system for 3 years and when they buy a condominium for themselves, they ask me for your contact and insist of using the same system.
Now with my latest unit in Botanique Residence, I am happy to be able to have your system in my home again. It is very kind of you to do the extra work of cutting up my ceiling board, fix the bracket and cover it up again. I appreciated it very much for the extra work at no cost. I will recommend my neighbours to install your system when I move it and in the meantime, my house is free for you to use as a show room if needed.
All this years of using your system, I did not encounter any technical problem. Found it a very safe system especially hanging laundry in a high rise building. Lastly your price is very reasonable considering it came from Australia and your service.

I’d come across their website and FB while searching for a hanger system and decided to give them a call. After a detailed explanation of their systems, some photos and drawings were given by Angeline over the phone, I’d decided to go for the EZ Lift 5SS which Angeline and I believed is more suitable to my needs.

I have been very happy with the super responsive, efficient, warm and friendly customer service provided by Bernard all these years. The two guys whom he sent to install the new EZ lift at my flat today were efficient too, checking and testing to make sure the EZ lift would work well after installation. They turned up at my door-step wearing N95 (!) masks, responding to my earlier request that surgical masks be worn at a time of DORSCON Orange alert. The N95 surely assured me! EZ living has always tried to oblige customer as much as it could, and even go beyond at times, and that’s why I never hesitate to go back to EZ Living anytime I need its product and service!

The system is reliable and durable and it has served us well all these years, surviving the many change of hands with domestic helpers over the past decade. Bought an EZ Lift to replace the old laundry rack which collapsed. They were able to arrange for next-day installation, which was done within an hour including dismantling of the old laundry rack.
We had been using the Hi-Dry system for 6 years and recently the spring have some issue and they came to check and provide good recommendations . Very honest in their recommendations. Very reliable and overall we are very satisfied with the products and the service. Pricing wise is very reasonable

With our two old racks literally on their last legs, our multi-generational household needed a replacement fast! Our family looked around but could not find anything to replace our current set up. We have been using EZ Living products for 14 years now. We currently have one laundry drying system which is fixed to the ceiling with pulley for adjusting the height and another fixed to the wall. We got these fixed around 7 years ago in our current apartment. The installation process was very fast. Both the products are high quality and working smoothly. The products are very useful for drying clothes in limited space in the washing area of the apartment. The employees of EZ Living are very friendly and helpful. All queries are answered quickly. The products are well worth the cost as they are going strong for many many years. We are now buying their products to also send to India for our family there. My family has been using the Hi Dry Clothes hanger since 2008 and it has served us really well. Instead of having to use cumbersome clothes poles and scrambling to take them all in when it’s raining, the hydraulic function of the Hi Dry clothes hanger allows us to easily bring in or out all the clothes at the same time! This also makes indoor drying so much easier. Also cos my mum is getting older, this product makes housework less tiring for her.
