I have been very happy with the super responsive, efficient, warm and friendly customer service provided by Bernard all these years. The two guys whom he sent to install the new EZ lift at my flat today were efficient too, checking and testing to make sure the EZ lift would work well after installation. Bought an EZ Lift to replace the old laundry rack which collapsed. They were able to arrange for next-day installation, which was done within an hour including dismantling of the old laundry rack.

We had been using the Hi-Dry system for 6 years and recently the spring have some issue and they came to check and provide good recommendations . Very honest in their recommendations. Very reliable and overall we are very satisfied with the products and the service. Pricing wise is very reasonable

With our two old racks literally on their last legs, our multi-generational household needed a replacement fast! Our family looked around but could not find anything to replace our current set up. We needed a bespoke solution but most firms only gave us their standard products which did not fit our needs. Providently, we called EZ Living and they took the trouble to come to our home to look into our laundry situation and needs. While the junior staff who initially came could not provide a solution, he referred the matter up to their very senior and experienced staff – Angeline, who arranged another meeting with us. Angeline was a God Send and helped design a rack that fitted our needs with enhancements! She designed and with some tweaking on the quality standard we wanted, result is we got 2 sets of laundry racks replacements that fitted “Our” needs perfectly. During the process Angeline also helped enhanced my sister-in-law’s laundry poles as well and my sister-in-law too, is super happy with the added attachments. We have been using EZ Living products for 14 years now. We currently have one laundry drying system which is fixed to the ceiling with pulley for adjusting the height and another fixed to the wall. We got these fixed around 7 years ago in our current apartment. The installation process was very fast. Both the products are high quality and working smoothly. The products are very useful for drying clothes in limited space in the washing area of the apartment. The employees of EZ Living are very friendly and helpful. All queries are answered quickly. The products are well worth the cost as they are going strong for many many years. We are now buying their products to also send to India for our family there. Special thanks to Benjamin for helping us outside of working hours of the office.

My family has been using the Hi Dry Clothes hanger since 2008 and it has served us really well. Instead of having to use cumbersome clothes poles and scrambling to take them all in when it’s raining, the hydraulic function of the Hi Dry clothes hanger allows us to easily bring in or out all the clothes at the same time! This also makes indoor drying so much easier. Also cos my mum is getting older, this product makes housework less tiring for her. See attached for picture, still working very well after 10 years! 10/10 would recommend
