I have been using the Hi Dry hanging system since 2010. I remembered having fears of hanging clothes or bedsheets using bamboos outside the current high rise apartment having stayed on ground floor previously. The Hi Dry system is really my savior. All my fears are gone. It’s easy to use and has been one of the important household tool to have. This system has served me well for 6 years now and I look forward to using it for as long as the system promises to last, which is 15 years I was told when I purchased it. Recently there was a minor crack on the box and the screw came lose. I called Angeline and she was prompt to inform her ops manager to call me. My family has been relying on EZ Hi-Dry for more than a decade. DUe to wear and tear, we have had to get it replaced quickly. Jeff, the sales manager who attended to us was professional and explained patiently to us about the various options for our small yard area. Not pushy and offered ideas to solve our laundry problems. Was very happy to engage his service and the installation today done by his workers was efficient and completed within less than 30 min. Very impressed with the installer (old uncle) who is very experienced. He did not leave after installing and even taught us how to use the system properly. Overall, very satisfied with the services provided by Ezzi Living so far.

First one lasted 15 years! Just got my second EZ high-dry 🙂 It has served me well, taking care of my laundry needs within my small confined yard space. The easy push-out for sunning clothes and retrieval has been invaluable all these years.

Got to know about this rack as it came along with the previous house we bought. Hence, decided to install the same Hi-dry rack for our new house as well. We found EZ Living to replace our 20+ year old Hi-Dry hanger easy to do business with. Making the first contact with a call, we were impressed with Pann, the salesperson with his Product knowledge and confidence in meeting our needs.
When we visited their showroom, we also met Angeline, presumably the owner. Both were very pleasant to talk to and we decided on the purchase.
When their two technicians came to install, we were again impressed with their professionalism, care during the whole process and customer service.
We now have a brand new unit that works very well and we’d strongly recommend anyone to visit their website and to pay a visit to further assess their offerings.
My 6-yr old laundry system from another brand wire rope developed broken strands. Called up the supplier but was told model obsolete, no spare part available. Need to change the whole system costing around $1k, just because a wire rope that cost less than $50 is no longer a standard spare part.
Signed up as member to EZ Living to post a query, and received a call from them within minutes. And later in the afternoon, they arrived to install the new Q4 laundry system!
Will be shifting to a new place next year. Will get another laundry system from EZ Living again!!
We have an oddly shaped laundry area but after a phone call to Bernard and some pics, he proposed a solution involving brackets. Within 5 days, installation done and we were back to drying our clothes. Still happy with the outcome after a few weeks and we expect to be in the years to come. Kudos Bernard and team!
