I have been using the Hi Dry hanging system since 2010. I remembered having fears of hanging clothes or bedsheets using bamboos outside the current high rise apartment having stayed on ground floor previously. The Hi Dry system is really my savior. All my fears are gone. It’s easy to use and has been one of the important household tool to have. This system has served me well for 6 years now and I look forward to using it for as long as the system promises to last, which is 15 years I was told when I purchased it. Recently there was a minor crack on the box and the screw came lose. I called Angeline and she was prompt to inform her ops manager to call me. Jeff, the sales manager who attended to us was professional and explained patiently to us about the various options for our small yard area. Not pushy and offered ideas to solve our laundry problems. Was very happy to engage his service and the installation today done by his workers was efficient and completed within less than 30 min. Very impressed with the installer (old uncle) who is very experienced. He did not leave after installing and even taught us how to use the system properly. Overall, very satisfied with the services provided by Ezzi Living so far.

First one lasted 15 years! Just got my second EZ high-dry 🙂 It has served me well, taking care of my laundry needs within my small confined yard space. The easy push-out for sunning clothes and retrieval has been invaluable all these years.

I got my first EZ Living laundry pulley system many years ago. Product is definitely helpful at home because my mum no longer needs to fight against gravity to get the poles up to the drying rack anymore. The item is very durable and I’ve had no issues using it. Last year, I decided to get another similar set to increase the volume of items that i could hang – the crew came and based on their assessment, took the trouble to shift the existing pulley system so that the two systems could be placed side by side nicely within the confines of the service balcony ceiling space.
Above anything else, the customer service is top notch I must say. They are able to advise you based on your needs and what they offer in order to get you the best experience. Post-sales service is good too; whenever i have questions, they are always a whatsapp away.
To sum it up: excellent product quality and good sales service – during and post. I’m thankful I got to know about EZ Living Pte. Ltd.

I have been using Ez Hi-Dry for the past 12 years and are very happy with it and would like to refresh you with some old memories.
I first contacted you way back in 1998 or 1999 when I was staying in Woodgroove Condominium in Woodland. I was the first to installed your laundry system and subsequence a few others unit installed it upon seeing the flexibility of it.
Next I moved to Sunshine in Serangoon. Again I was the first to installed your system and followed by our neighbours. All are happy using it.
I purchased a unit in Le Crescendo in 2008 for investment and was so happy to see it came with your system as a standard fitting. Very surprising that my tenant after using your system for 3 years and when they buy a condominium for themselves, they ask me for your contact and insist of using the same system.
Now with my latest unit in Botanique Residence, I am happy to be able to have your system in my home again. It is very kind of you to do the extra work of cutting up my ceiling board, fix the bracket and cover it up again. I appreciated it very much for the extra work at no cost. I will recommend my neighbours to install your system when I move it and in the meantime, my house is free for you to use as a show room if needed.
All this years of using your system, I did not encounter any technical problem. Found it a very safe system especially hanging laundry in a high rise building. Lastly your price is very reasonable considering it came from Australia and your service.

I’d come across their website and FB while searching for a hanger system and decided to give them a call. After a detailed explanation of their systems, some photos and drawings were given by Angeline over the phone, I’d decided to go for the EZ Lift 5SS which Angeline and I believed is more suitable to my needs.
An installation slot had been quickly scheduled and two of her team members were sent over to install the system a couple of days later. The job was done real quick and they kept the area neat. They are really professional and patient to address all my concerns.
