I have been very happy with the super responsive, efficient, warm and friendly customer service provided by Bernard all these years. The two guys whom he sent to install the new EZ lift at my flat today were efficient too, checking and testing to make sure the EZ lift would work well after installation. They turned up at my door-step wearing N95 (!) masks, responding to my earlier request that surgical masks be worn at a time of DORSCON Orange alert. The N95 surely assured me! EZ living has always tried to oblige customer as much as it could, and even go beyond at times, and that’s why I never hesitate to go back to EZ Living anytime I need its product and service!
