I have been using the Hi Dry hanging system since 2010. I remembered having fears of hanging clothes or bedsheets using bamboos outside the current high rise apartment having stayed on ground floor previously. The Hi Dry system is really my savior. All my fears are gone. It’s easy to use and has been one of the important household tool to have. This system has served me well for 6 years now and I look forward to using it for as long as the system promises to last, which is 15 years I was told when I purchased it. Recently there was a minor crack on the box and the screw came lose. I called Angeline and she was prompt to inform her ops manager to call me.
