Got to know about this rack as it came along with the previous house we bought. Hence, decided to install the same Hi-dry rack for our new house as well. We like that it is able to push out to sun dry the clothes or simply leave it in the unit to air dry. Angeline the lady boss is really helpful and kind. Giving gd advises on the usage of racks. She always offer to pop by to guide us in maximizing the use of racks. Thanks so much for the help! Wonderful services with gd products.

Fast and excellent service. Andy and his team are very professional and poite. He was fast to respond when I requested to have the. bracket changed as the hanger was too high for my wife and daughter to reach. We found EZ Living to replace our 20+ year old Hi-Dry hanger easy to do business with. Making the first contact with a call, we were impressed with Pann, the salesperson with his Product knowledge and confidence in meeting our needs.
When we visited their showroom, we also met Angeline, presumably the owner. Both were very pleasant to talk to and we decided on the purchase.
When their two technicians came to install, we were again impressed with their professionalism, care during the whole process and customer service.
We now have a brand new unit that works very well and we’d strongly recommend anyone to visit their website and to pay a visit to further assess their offerings.

My 6-yr old laundry system from another brand wire rope developed broken strands. Called up the supplier but was told model obsolete, no spare part available. Need to change the whole system costing around $1k, just because a wire rope that cost less than $50 is no longer a standard spare part.
Signed up as member to EZ Living to post a query, and received a call from them within minutes. And later in the afternoon, they arrived to install the new Q4 laundry system!
Will be shifting to a new place next year. Will get another laundry system from EZ Living again!!

We have an oddly shaped laundry area but after a phone call to Bernard and some pics, he proposed a solution involving brackets. Within 5 days, installation done and we were back to drying our clothes. Still happy with the outcome after a few weeks and we expect to be in the years to come. Kudos Bernard and team!

I am so grateful to find and connect with EZ living when I wanted to organize my launderette area in my house. Bernard from EZ Living has been very helpful, friendly and professional in handling my enquiry on the wall mounted ironing board from the beginning to delivering and installation of the product. The process has been smooth and seamless. I am a very happy client who now has an organized launderette area with lots of space after wall mounted the ironing board. Also decided to purchase the wall mounted iron holder to complete the look! Will highly recommend EZ Living for the excellent service and the wide range of products they have. Today is my turn for the EZ living team to install EZ S5 (4-pole) at Hundred Palms Residences 274 C8 unit.
Here is my review :
The team are very professional -
(1) they check the site with measurements again to confirm my order is able to fix nicely.
(2) they take time to explain the steps of their work and how it will look like so that you’re able to have a better picture
(3) installation is fast and is neatly done.
We are excited and happy with their products (seeing is believing) and their service is excellent. We have made the right choice with EZ living and go without dryer.

EZ Living's laundry system is the most practical home appliance that any household should own! I bought one ten years ago and just upgraded to an improved version, an accolade to their product quality!
