Ez living is a reliable Company. I'd been using the ez hi-dry for the last 14yrs. Due to wear & tear, I called up a sale rep Angeline (who is with the Co for 24yrs). A normal salesman will tell u to change the whole device but not her. She just advice me to change the faulty part and I saved quite an amount. Moreover, she said mine is an urgent case, so she attended to me the next day. Ez living is highly recommended.
